In August 1987, Gaomi Towel Factory, the predecessor of Vosges Group Co., Ltd., was officially established.

In 1988, the company obtained the first batch of orders for products exported to Japan through the foreign trade department. Since then, the products have been exported abroad, opening up a new situation for the company to expand foreign markets. With continuous efforts, in just over three years, the company's products have won domestic and foreign customers

In 1991, the company became the provincial foreign textile designated export production enterprise, and the company's products were exported through the provincial foreign textile to various countries.

In 1994, with the approval of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, the company became a self-operated import and export enterprise and enjoyed independent import and export rights. That year, the company raised more than 1 million US dollars through multiple channels and imported 12 arrow looms from Japan, becoming the first home textile enterprise in China to introduce rapier looms.

In 1996, the company purchased 96 internationally advanced looms and more than ten sets of printing machines and dyeing machines through compensation trade, which not only solved the problem of insufficient funds for technological innovation at the time, but also maximized the Meet the needs of foreign customers to the maximum extent.

In 1998, the company passed the ISO9002 international quality system certification. A complete quality assurance system has been established in all aspects of product design, manufacturing and service to ensure the quality of the company's products.

In August 1999, Gaomi Towel Factory was restructured into Shandong Jieyu Textile Co., Ltd.

In May 2002, the company acquired 2,300 acres of land with a total investment of 2.5 billion yuan to build "Vosges" Home Textile Industrial Park"

On July 1 of the same year, Shandong Jieyu Textile Co., Ltd. officially changed its name to Vosges Home Textile Co., Ltd.

In November of the same year, Vosges Home Textile Co., Ltd. Passed ISO9001:2000 quality management system certification and ISO14001 environmental management system certification.

In September 2003, the Vosges brand towel series won the title of "China Famous Brand Product".

In August 2005, the company passed Oeko-Tex Standard 100 ecological textile certification and China Environmental Labeling Product Certification.

In November of the same year, it obtained the qualification as the only licensed manufacturer of towels for the Olympic Games.

In December of the same year, the corporate name of "Vosges Home Textile Co., Ltd." was changed to "Vosges Group Co., Ltd."

In January 2006, the group passed the occupational safety and health management system and quality certification Three certifications for management system and environmental management system.

On September 6 of the same year, the group's "Vosges" brand towel series products once again won the title of China's Famous Brand Product. On December 23, the group's towel series and decorative fabric series products won the title of national inspection-free products. On the 26th, the "Vosges" trademark won the title of China's Well-known Trademark.

On November 24 of the same year, Vosges shares were officially listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. It is also the only listed towel manufacturer in China.

In September 2007, the company's "Vosges" brand tablecloth won the title of China's famous brand product. At the same time, the company spent a lot of money to hire Asia's first model, Miss Lin Chiling, as the Vosges brand image spokesperson.
