1. Teaching quality: The key majors of the school are automobile inspection and maintenance technology, accounting, stomatology and clinical medicine. As of June, 2009, there were 879 full-time teachers, including 275 teachers with associate senior titles or above, 5 young and middle-aged experts with outstanding contributions in Hubei Province, 5 provincial model workers, and 7 experts from the National Teaching Steering Committee of Higher Vocational Colleges.

There are 4 evaluation experts in higher vocational colleges of the Ministry of Education, Hubei famous teacher 1 person, Chutian skilled teacher 13 person, and visiting professor 6 1 person. There are 4 provincial teaching teams and 2 provincial skill teacher workshops.

2. Dormitory environment: Girls in the West and South Districts are all four-legged, going to bed and getting off the table. Only the bathroom has air conditioning. Six people go to bed and get off the table in the East District. There is no air conditioning and no single bathroom. Eight rooms are air-conditioned, but the bunk beds are bunk beds and there is no single bathroom. The eastern district is old, the bath is crowded, and the toilet is public.

As of July, 2020, the school has 1 national experimental specialty, 12 provincial key specialty, 8 provincial key experimental training bases, 9 national excellent courses and 24 provincial excellent courses. Three majors were included in the emerging (pillar) industrial base project of Hubei Province, and two majors became the central financial support majors of the professional service industry project of higher vocational colleges of the Ministry of Education.

Three majors entered the first batch of professional teaching resource database construction of the Ministry of Education. Seven achievements of the school won the Hubei Teaching Achievement Award, including three first prizes, three second prizes and three third prizes of/kloc-0. Students have won prizes 150 times in skills competitions at or above the provincial level, such as the National Vocational College Skills Competition and the National College Students' Mechanical Innovation Design Competition.
