The materials required for the pledge of trademark rights are:

4. The original or notarized copy of the pledge contract for the exclusive right to use a trademark and the main contract (if the contract is signed by the person authorized by the legal representative, relevant authorization documents shall be attached);

5. A trademark evaluation report issued by an evaluation agency qualified for intangible assets evaluation;

6. If you go directly to the Trademark Office, submit a copy of the ID card and power of attorney of the handler, and if you entrust a trademark agency to handle it, submit a trademark agency power of attorney issued by both parties;

7. The trademark registrant shall apply for a loan from the bank with the Trademark Registration Certificate and other relevant materials required by the bank;
