For a long time, especially after our county put forward the requirements for building a social credit system, our bureau has taken the construction of personal integrity as a breakthrough and worked hard to boost social integrity. The first is to strengthen integrity education and enhance integrity awareness for individuals. The director often preaches to the overall officials at official meetings, elaborating on the principles of "doing things before being an official, and being a human being before doing things", and "integrity is the foundation for people to settle down and live in life", and commend people who are dedicated to their jobs, honest and trustworthy, and thing. A social atmosphere has gradually formed in the agency where "those who keep their word are honored, those who are untrustworthy are ashamed, and those who are untrustworthy are worried"; secondly, it is required that "development and reform personnel" must be better than others in work ability, better than others in work performance, and superior to others in obeying laws and keeping promises. One chip. In particular, we must pay attention to personal credit records, give priority to honest and trustworthy cadres and workers under the same conditions, and require individuals to frequently check their own credit report information. So far, there have been no reports of bad credit records among global cadres and employees.

Although the construction of the social credit system of our bureau has been fully launched in recent years, the work is still lacking in depth, especially in the comprehensive promotion and use of products, there are still some specific difficulties and problems:

1. There is a legal gap in the credit report as a prerequisite for approval. Therefore, there is no legal basis for adding the credit report of enterprises and corporate legal persons to the prerequisites for administrative approval, and it is impossible to strengthen the construction of the social credit system in this function.

2. Insufficient understanding of the construction of the social credit system. At present, the construction of the social credit system is still in the initial stage of work, and people have not yet deeply understood the significance and role of social credit. This is not unrelated to our current economic income level. Due to people's limited economic and income levels, lack of credit, casual breach of contract, and even malicious fraud often occur.

3. It is inconvenient to check personal credit report. At present, many people do not have high awareness of personal credit reports. They do not know that personal credit reports exist, let alone how to check personal credit reports, when they do not personally handle related credit consumption matters. The public awareness of the inquiry platforms and channels is not high. There is no convenient and direct inquiry platform for information such as traffic violations, housing provident funds, and Huayou gas consumption.

In the future, the construction of our bureau’s social credit system will focus on the comprehensive promotion and application of credit products, and continue to work hard to build a trustworthy agency and comprehensively serve the overall situation of social and economic construction.
