Chapter III Storage Management Article 11 Units that store fireworks and firecrackers, as well as sales outlets and wholesale departments set up by production enterprises, shall set up special warehouses. The storage capacity of the warehouse shall not exceed the design capacity. Pyrotechnics with conflicting properties must be stored in different warehouses. It is forbidden to mix pyrotechnics, black powder, finished products, semi-finished products and lead wires. No accommodation and processing operations are allowed in the warehouse. Article 12 Lighting equipment shall be installed in the warehouse in strict accordance with explosion-proof requirements, and naked lighting is strictly prohibited. Chapter IV Sales Management Article 13 The point of sale of fireworks and firecrackers shall be agreed upon by the local county and city supply and marketing departments, public security departments and industrial and commercial administrative departments.
