(2) the name, domicile, contact information and unified social credit code of the trademark agency, and the names of the person in charge, shareholders and partners of the unlisted company;
(3) the name, ID number and contact information of the trademark agent;
(4) other information required by laws and regulations and China National Intellectual Property Administration.
China National Intellectual Property Administration can obtain relevant information through the government information sharing platform, and it is not allowed to require trademark agencies to provide it repeatedly.
