Briefly explain that the trademark registration certificate is a written certificate issued for the convenience of the trademark registrant and has the same legal effect as the Trademark Registration Certificate. The applicant for trademark registration certificate must be the owner of the registered trademark. Second, there are two ways to apply for a trademark registration certificate: (1) entrust a nationally recognized trademark agency to handle it. Preparing the application for providing the trademark registration certificate, the following documents should be submitted: 1. Each application provides one registration certificate of a registered trademark and one application for providing the trademark registration certificate; 2, directly to the trademark registration hall, submit a copy of the applicant's business license and affix the official seal of the unit, a copy of the Trademark Registration Certificate and a copy of the ID card of the agent; If it is entrusted to a trademark agency, a power of attorney for trademark agency shall be submitted. Note: The application for international registration certificate should add "G" before the international registration number and indicate the category of the application. V. Payment of Fees The fee for each application for providing trademark registration certificate is 1 yuan. Where a trademark agency is entrusted, the applicant shall pay the trademark registration certificate fee and agency fee to the trademark agency, and the trademark registration certificate fee charged by the Trademark Office shall be deducted from the advance payment of the trademark agency. VI. Obtaining the Trademark Registration Certificate If the application for trademark registration certificate is complete and meets the requirements, the Trademark Office will generally issue the trademark registration certificate within three months and mail it to the applicant. If it is entrusted to a trademark agency, the Trademark Office will mail the trademark registration certificate to the trademark agency. Vii.
