Ji’an Duihua Wine is a specialty of Jizhou District, Ji’an City, Jiangxi Province. Duihua wine is clear in color, sweet in taste and mellow in quality. Duihua Liquor has a history of brewing for thousands of years. The Duihua brand is well-known in the north and south of Jiangxi. Duihua Liquor was originally made in Luling Valley and is famous all over the world. The name of Duihua Liquor came from the mouth of Wen Tianxiang, the Prime Minister of the Southern Song Dynasty. In 1995, the "Duihua" trademark was rated as a famous trademark in Jiangxi Province. "Duihua Gong Liquor" won the top ten best-selling brands in Jiangxi Province's alcohol market. In 1996, "Duihua Special Song" and "Duihua Gongsha" won the titles of Jiangxi Province Famous Wine and Jiangxi Province Inspection-Free Product. In 1997, "Duihua Gongjiu" won the title of China's famous food brand. In 1999, "Duihua Tequ" and "Duihua Gongjiu" were identified as key protected products by the Jiangxi Provincial Bureau of Technical Supervision: in the same year, Duihua series liquor won the title of Jiangxi Famous Brand Product name. In January 2000, "Duihua Tequ", "Duihua Gongjiu" and "Duihuayuan Wine" were awarded the title of Jiangxi Famous Wine. In June 2000, the "Duihua" trademark was rated as the 4th Jiangxi Province Famous Trademark. In 2002, Duihua series liquor was once again rated as a key protected product in Jiangxi.
