Notes

The third category mainly includes cleaning preparations and cosmetics.

This class includes in particular:

—Deodorants for human or animal use;

—Room fragrances;

- Hygiene preparations for cosmetic use.

This class does not include in particular:

—Chemicals for cleaning chimneys (Class 1);

—Stain removal preparations used in the production process (Category 1);

—Deodorants not for human or animal use (Category 5);

—Grinding stones and grinding wheels (hand tools) (Category 8) kind).

The following signs shall not be registered as trademarks:

(1) Only the common name, graphics and model of the product;
