Look at the packaging
If it is an imported product, the product package must be marked with the factory name, address and Chinese trademark name of the product in Chinese. Those "imported floors" with rough packaging and vague printing, no manufacturer's name and production address, and only the address or telephone number of the agent seller are likely to be fakes.
Look at this sign
For imported flooring from Europe, there must be various signs on the product manual and the outer packaging box, such as the European laminate flooring manufacturers association logo, the European highest environmental protection standard Der Blaue Engel certification logo, and the German laminate flooring highest quality certification logo. Generally, there are tax bills, customs declarations and quality certificates on the back or side of the original packaging box.
Look at the size
Generally, the length of the floor imported from Europe is 1.285mm to 1.380mm, while the medium density fiberboard substrate of the domestic floor is 1.220mm×2440mm, which determines that its length can only be1.210 mm. Although domestic manufacturers can also produce long-sized floors, the quantity is very small.
Look at the bar code
The first three digits of the bar code on the floor package are 400-440 in German and 690 in China.
Look at the date of production
If you see that the factory date is less than 3 months away from the purchase date, it can't be an original imported product, because it takes at least 3 months to deliver, transport and go through the import declaration formalities.
