Applicants and conditions for applying for certified products
1. Applicant conditions
Applicants must be corporate legal persons, social groups, non-governmental organizations, government and administrative agencies etc. cannot be used as applicants for green food. At the same time, applicants are also required to meet the following conditions:
(1) Have the environmental conditions and technical conditions for green food production;
(2) The production must have a certain scale and have relatively complete production methods. Quality management system and strong ability to resist risks;
(3) Processing enterprises must have been in production and operation for more than one year before they can accept applications;
(4) Those who have one of the following circumstances , cannot be an applicant:
a. Have financial or other interests with the center and the Provincial Green Office;
b. May cause consumers to misunderstand or distrust the source of the product , such as wholesale markets, grain depots, etc.;
c. Enterprises that are purely commercial (such as department stores, supermarkets, etc.).
2. Conditions for applying for product certification
(1) Most products in categories 5, 29, 30, 31, 32, and 33 classified according to national trademark categories can apply Certification;
(2) Newly developed products registered with the word "food" or "health" can apply for certification;
(3) Products announced by the Ministry of Health as both drugs and food You can apply for certification;
(4) Applications for fried instant noodles, leafy vegetable pickles (salted products), ham sausages and products with unclear mechanisms of action (such as slimming tea) will not be accepted for the time being;
(5) Green food rejects genetically modified technology. Any products produced (raised) and processed from genetically modified raw materials will not be accepted.
List of Application Materials
When applying for certification to the Provincial Green Office, the applicant should submit the following documents, each document in duplicate, with one copy kept by the Provincial Green Office and one copy kept by the Provincial Green Office. Report to the center:

2. "Enterprise and Production Status Survey Form"

3. For slaughtering enterprises, provide a copy of the slaughtering license;
4. Import from abroad For crop and vegetable seeds, provide original non-GMO seed certification documents issued by foreign manufacturers and certification materials on the types and active ingredients of seed coating agents used;
5. Provide pesticides, commercial fertilizers, Original product labels of inputs such as veterinary drugs, disinfectants, fishery drugs, food additives;
6. If commercial premixes are used in production, provide the original product labels of the premix and a copy of the manufacturer's production license If you use self-produced premix (not for external sale), and the breeding method is centralized breeding, provide a copy of the production license; use self-produced premix (not for external sale), but the breeding management method is "company farmer" If purchasing green food raw materials, provide a copy of the production license, premix approval number and approval opinion form;
7. If purchasing green food raw materials, provide a purchase and sales contract valid for one year and a purchase and sales contract valid for three years supply agreement, and provide a copy of the green food certificate and a copy of the invoice for batch purchase of raw materials;
8. The enterprise has multiple series of the same type that simultaneously produce and process the same main raw materials and the same (similar) processing technology. For products or parallel production (the same product has both green food production and non-green food production), provide a differentiated management system from raw material base, acquisition, processing, packaging, storage and transportation, warehousing, product labeling, etc.;
9. Raw materials (feed) and auxiliary materials (including additives) are green food or relevant certification materials that meet green food product standards;
