1. Installation conditions

(1) The installation method of reserved holes must be used, and it is strictly prohibited to install and build openings at the same time.

(2) Installation can only be carried out after the ground work at the door, such as floor tiles and stones, is found. If the wall is found to be damp, it must be isolated with moisture-insulating materials.

(3) Check whether all components of the wooden door are complete, whether the dimensions of each component are correct, and allocate each set of doors to the corresponding installation position to see if they match the size of the door opening.

2. Installation tools

Prepare electric hammer, wooden hammer, flat file, edge planer, screwdriver, square, tape measure, hanging hammer, electric drill, opener Holes, pokes and other tools.

3. Installation materials

Self-tapping screws, wood screws, foam glue, towels, small wooden strips, glue, door locks, hinges, door catches, wall partitions Tide materials, iron sheets and other auxiliary materials.

4. Installation sequence

(1) Assemble the door pockets

First find the door pockets and vertical panels, align the joints according to the numbers on the back, and cut the openings Apply glue to the interface on the same plane, drive 80 mm wood screws into the guide holes behind the interface, and tighten them with a screwdriver. Do not drive the screws directly into the door cover.

Check whether the dimensions between the openings are correct and whether the joint position is flat, dense and firm; install the iron sheet on the back of the vertical plate of the door cover. When installing the iron sheet, use 25 mm self-tapping screws. The distance between the iron plates is about 300-350 mm, and the distance from the iron plates to the ground is 200 mm.

(2) Install the door cover

Put the firmly assembled door cover into the door opening, and use small wooden strips to roughly fix the door cover around it. Both sides of the door cover should be in line with the wall. On the same plane, then check whether the door frame as a whole is perpendicular to the ground, whether the top plate of the door frame and the two angles of the two vertical plates are at right angles, whether the vertical plates of the door frame are bent, twist the two ends of the iron piece, and let it wrap around the wall.

According to the location of the reserved holes on the iron sheet, use an electric hammer to drill 8 mm holes in the wall, plug them tightly with small wooden strips, and then use 80 mm wood screws to fix the iron sheet to the wall. , then use small wooden strips to fill the gap between the door pocket and the wall, recheck whether the door pocket matches the door, and then drive in foam glue.

(3) Install the door leaf

First open the hinge slots. The distance between the hinge slots and both ends of the door leaf is 1/10 of the height of the door leaf. For heavier doors, 3 should be installed. Hinge; the depth of the hinge groove is based on the thickness of the single piece of hinge.

When installing the hinges, you must use screws that match the hinges. The screws must be tightened with a screwdriver. Do not drive the screws directly with a hammer. After the hinges on the door leaf are fixed, the hinges on the door cover must be tightened. First, only tighten one screw, close the door and check whether the left and right sides of the door are consistent with the gap above, and whether the opening is flexible. After confirming that it is correct, tighten the other screws.

(4) Install the door lock

According to the provided lock type, install it to the corresponding position. The height of the lock to the ground is 900-1000 mm. After installation, check the door leaf, Whether the door lock switch is flexible and whether the gap is in compliance with the specifications.

(5) Install the door cover wire

First determine the on-site dimensions, saw the door cover wire with right-angled edges into a 45-degree bevel, and trim it with a flat file or carpenter planer. Insert the right-angled edge into the door pocket groove, and use floor glue to stick the door pocket line and door pocket board firmly.

The bevel at the 90-degree bumping point should be consistent, flat, and the joints should be tight. The joints of the door cover line should be glued firmly, and a small straight nail should be nailed to the two ends of the door cover line at the top corners. Pin it.
