And provide users with manuals on safe use, publicize common sense of safe use, and give users guidance on safe use of gas. The gas production plant, storage tank area, gate station, pressure regulating station (room), gasification station, supply station and gas filling station shall be provided with eye-catching fire-fighting signs, equipped with necessary fire-fighting facilities and firefighters according to regulations, and inspected regularly.

in addition to meeting the requirements stipulated by the administrative department for industry and commerce, it should also be approved by the administrative department of gas, and the safety registration of pressure vessels should be handled at the quality and technical supervision department. Gas supply units and liquefied gas supply stations use storage tanks, tank trucks, gas tanks for vehicles, liquefied gas cylinders and other pressure vessel equipment, which shall conform to the requirements of safety technical specifications, register with the municipal quality and technical supervision department within 3 days before or after putting into use, and use registration marks in accordance with regulations to establish safety technical files. Operators in key positions, such as gas operators, maintenance workers, filling workers, tank car escorts, drivers, dangerous goods managers, sales maintenance workers, etc., shall be qualified through on-the-job training, and can only operate at their posts after obtaining the on-the-job certificates issued by the relevant administrative departments in accordance with state regulations. Pipeline gas supply units and liquefied gas storage and distribution stations shall implement a 24-hour safety duty system, be equipped with full-time maintenance personnel and necessary emergency repair equipment, and formulate emergency repair plans to ensure effective and timely emergency rescue and handling of accidents.

to apply for the establishment of a gas supply unit, an application should be submitted to the gas administrative department step by step. Those who pass the examination will be sent to the "Approval Letter for the Establishment of Urban Gas Supply Units" or "Approval Letter for the Establishment of Liquefied Gas Supply Stations" and its annexes uniformly printed by the City Management Office. The documents to be submitted when applying for a new liquefied gas supply station are: application report; 1: 5 site layout; Property right certificate or site lease contract and land use right certificate or land use right lease certificate of the business site; Management system, post responsibility system for fire prevention and explosion prevention, and operating rules for safe production; List of certified personnel.
