China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Patent and Trademark Office (hereinafter referred to as the "Patent and Trademark Office") is one of the oldest and largest comprehensive intellectual property firms in China. As of July 2014, the Patent and Trademark Office had 560 employees, including 219 patent agents and 73 trademark agents, 70 of whom have lawyer qualifications.
