Article 2 Establishment, change and termination of limited liability companies and joint stock companies (hereinafter collectively referred to as companies) , company registration shall be carried out in accordance with these regulations.

However, the joint-stock companies among them are registered by the industrial and commercial administration bureaus of the districted cities (regions).

Article 9 Company registration matters include:

(1) Name;

(2) Domicile;

(3) Name of legal representative;

(4) Registered capital;

(5) Company type;

(6) Business scope;

(7) Business period;

(8) Names of shareholders of a limited liability company or promoters of a joint stock company.
