Do I still have to pay for trademark rejection?
If the trademark is rejected, it will receive the Notice of Trademark Rejection or Partial Rejection issued by the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce. If you are not satisfied with the reasons for rejection, you may file a review with the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board within 15 days. The second interview also requires an additional second interview fee. If you give up the review and reapply, you need to pay another trademark application fee.
