The invention relates to a kind of natural water, which mainly includes: .1-3 parts of tea, .1-5 parts of honeysuckle and .1-.1 parts of menthol per 1g of finished product. According to different conditions of patients, .1-5 parts of Radix Isatidis, .1-5 parts of Flos Chrysanthemi Indici (or Flos Chrysanthemi), .1-3 parts of Herba Andrographis and .1-1 parts of Borneolum Syntheticum can also be added. The herbal true water of the present invention brings the effective components or/and extracts into the oral cavity in a way of directly mouthwashing without rinsing with clear water after mouthwashing, so as to achieve the purposes of bacteriostasis, anti-inflammation, cleaning the oral cavity and preventing dental caries. Clinical verification shows that the effective rate of oral diseases such as recurrent aphtha, gingivitis and periodontitis is above 9%. From the long-term clinical effect observation, patients who have used oral cleanser continuously for more than two years have no adverse reactions and no toxic and side effects.
