Article 18 of the National Flag Law stipulates that the national flag and its pattern shall not be used as trademarks and advertisements, nor for private funeral activities, but it does not stipulate that it shall not be used as a social tool avatar. The use of the national flag pattern should be standardized, and the necessary examination and approval procedures should be performed in advance, but it is not absolutely forbidden to use it in commercial activities.
