To build your own brand, you must first have your own registered trademark. First, let’s take a look at the conditions for registering a trademark:
①Personal name: a copy of the applicant’s ID card and individual business license;
②Company name: a copy of the company’s business license piece of trademark logo.
Registering a trademark in the name of an individual or a company requires a business license, so the general order is to register the company and then register the trademark.
Registering a trademark has nothing to do with your real estate or liquidity. The required documents are: application form, copy of business license and trademark sample.
2. Trademark registration steps:
(1) Conduct a trademark search on the designed trademark to exclude similar or identical trademarks;
(2) Prepare Trademark registration documents, submit a trademark registration application to the Trademark Office, and pay registration fees;
(3) The Trademark Office conducts a formal review and issues an acceptance notice;
(4) The Trademark Office Conduct substantive examination and preliminary approval announcement;
(5) Issue trademark registration certificate.
3. Registration fees are charged according to category and number, and the fee for each trademark in each category is:

Extended information
According to the provisions of the Trademark Law and the Implementation Regulations of the Trademark Law, a registered trademark is valid for ten years. The ten-year period starts from the date of approval of trademark registration.
To prevent trademark expiration, trademark renewal procedures should be handled within 12 months before the expiration of the trademark validity period. Each renewal of registration is valid for ten years, starting from the day after the expiration of the previous term of validity of the trademark. If renewal procedures are not completed upon expiration, the registered trademark will be cancelled. The official trademark renewal fee is 1,000 yuan.
If the registered trademark has not been renewed within the last 12 months before expiration, you can enjoy a six-month extension period and need to pay an additional delay fee of RMB 250.
If no application is filed within the extension period, the trademark will be canceled after expiration. In other words, if the trademark renewal application is not processed within the trademark grace period, the trademark will become invalid.
