6. Cause adverse psychological reactions or misunderstandings among the public.

7. Except for enterprises decided by the State Council to be established, the names of enterprises shall not be preceded by the words "China", "China", "National", "National", "International", etc.

8. It is not allowed to add "new", "excellent", "big" and other modifiers before other people's well-known trademarks, provincial famous trademarks or other people's company names to make them the names of companies in the same industry.
