Dunlop Tyres is a British tire manufacturer. At present, 75% of its shares are owned by Goodyear Tire of the United States and 25% by Sumitomo Rubber of Japan. They have the right to use Deng Lupu brands to manufacture and sell tires for automobiles or other motor vehicles.

Since the first Dunlop tire came out in 1888 more than a century ago, Deng Lupu Company has developed into a multinational tire supplier. The brand name of Deng Lupu is the honorable name of its founder, Mr. Dunlop john boyd. Dunlop john boyd (184~1921), an English inventor, achieved great success in improving the ride comfort and handling of his son's bicycle, and invented the pneumatic rubber tire (1887).
