After consulting Lushuihe Head Office, they said that all Jilin Forestry Lushuihe boards have trademarks, anti-counterfeiting marks, and numbers. Later, I called the Changzhou general agent and was told that the stamping machine was broken. I don’t know if this is true or not. At least it must be a defective product if it doesn’t have a stamp! Our wardrobe is also from Lushuihe and has a steel seal. You can look at the board I took for comparison:

2. The wardrobe designer was irresponsible in the measurement. My house reserved the position of the inner corner line, but the designer did not leave enough space, and now the inner corner line is completely gone. No, see the picture below:

After calling many times, they finally came to help me take it back and change it. They changed the door panel to be shorter, leaving a big gap. They didn’t help me fix it again. I sent it back, and I called countless times but nothing came up. I was really annoyed. All the projects at my house were delayed and couldn't be done. It's been more than a month now, and they still haven't come to solve it! !

3. One of the door panels of the bookcase is too short and does not stick to the wall. I can’t criticize the dust, so I can only patch up a small panel. I have called them several times to ask them to modify it, but it still doesn’t work until now. It has been more than 2 weeks. I came to the house once to make changes, but left before the changes were completed. Now I can’t do all the projects at the back of my house. I can only wait for him to make changes. I hate it so much. I paid all the money. Now I get the money. Wang Dao also guarantees 3 years of maintenance. I really don’t know what to say. I hope everyone can take this as a warning. Renovation is not easy. You must choose a company with good quality and good service to do it! ! !
