Document preparation before customs clearance:
(1) Chinese label filing
China's imported food and beverage dealers shall comply with China's "General Standard for Food Labeling" and relevant regulations After preparing the following declaration documents, go to the local Commodity Inspection and Quarantine Bureau to obtain the form and apply: (You can entrust an import and export agent to apply)
The information required for filing Chinese labels:
1. Label Inspection and supervision filing form (application form)
2. Original foreign language label sample pictures (front and back label information);
3. Translation of the original foreign language label (front and back label information) Label information);
4. Chinese trademark design samples (front and back label information);
5. Certificate of origin for food and beverages;
6. Chinese dealer’s business license and phone number;
7. Foreign manufacturer’s company name;
8. Food and beverage samples (generally 3 to 5 packages/bottle each; Sometimes more packages/bottles will be drawn as needed)
9. Other information required by the certification department of the State Administration for Commodity Inspection.
After the above information is complete, when the customs declaration of the goods is completed, submit it to the local Commodity Inspection Bureau for review and filing
Or go to the agency certified by the Commodity Inspection Bureau to prepare Chinese labels before arrival.
The documents required for customs declaration and inspection of imported food and beverages are as follows:
1. Agency contract, sales contract, invoice, and packing list in triplicate.

3. Official health certificate of the exporting country (or free sale certificate or health certificate),

The "Certificate of Water Source" should be the "Official Certificate of Origin of the Exporting Country".
