When polishing: 1 Don't press the sample too hard; 2 pick it up and observe the polished surface quickly, and be sure to polish it slowly again; When adding water, try to spray water to the center along the radius of polishing cloth, and don't spray water on your hands, otherwise the friction between your hands and the sample will be reduced, and the sample may fly out.

After polishing, scrub the grinding surface in one direction with an alcohol cotton swab. Don't rotate it, let alone wash it with water.
