How to write about your training experience?

If you are writing for yourself, there is no need for any special format. After all, it is mainly in the form of records. As long as you can understand it and remind yourself, in this training Whatever knowledge and insights you gain, then it’s OK.

But if it is a corporate training and your experience is to be written to your boss or supervisor, then you should pay a little attention to the format:

1) Title - preferably in double characters The format of a title or a double title allows your boss to quickly know what the purpose of this training is. e.g.: "Excellent in Core, Skillful in Change - Cross-departmental Cooperation and Communication Training Record"

2) Training Overview - First, you need to briefly introduce this course and the qualifications of the instructor to facilitate your The supervisor has a general understanding of the training, and then you talk about the training course framework

3) Record the training details and your thoughts - After the overview, you need to go into the details. Each training is divided into different sections. You need to record the knowledge points in each training chapter.

As for how to write it, I suggest you divide it into two columns, just like what I wrote above. One side contains detailed records and the other side contains your thoughts. This recording format can make your boss clearly understand , these knowledge points, which ones do you think are useful, and which ones do you think are less effective.

4) Summary and next action plan - review the entire training process, do you think it was good or not, then do you like the teacher's style or not, and whether the training content was useful or useless. From a practical application perspective, how do you think this knowledge and skills should be applied in your future work environment?

This is the point where you show your determination to your boss and show that your training is not in vain, but that it is actually useful for your work.
