1. Filing Method Trademark agencies can submit filing materials directly or by mail.
In case of direct submission, the Trademark Office shall review the filing form and relevant documents submitted for inspection as required, and keep a copy of the documents submitted for inspection. If it is handled by mail, the trademark agency shall fill in the filing form as required and submit a copy of the relevant certification documents stamped or notarized by the registration authority.
Direct submission shall be handled at the special acceptance window in the trademark registration hall of the Trademark Office; If it is handled by mail, the filing materials shall be sent to local institutions.
2. Trademark Agency Filing When filing with the Trademark Office, the trademark agency shall fill in the Trademark Agency Filing Form (which shall be filled in as required and sealed by the trademark agency and signed by the person in charge, the same below), and submit the following documents:
(1) A copy of the industrial and commercial business license and the practice license of the law firm stamped by the registration authority, or a notarized copy of the industrial and commercial business license and the practice license of the law firm, and stamped with the seal of the trademark agency;
(2) A copy of the valid identity certificate of the agent.
