How did Tianrunfa become RT-Mart?

In 2006, in mainland China, RT-Mart launched "Bairunfa" in Suzhou, "Jinrunfa" in Nanjing, "Tianrunfa" in Wuxi, Zhenjiang and Huzhou, and "Chunshen Shopping Center" in Shanghai. Some policies and other factors have restricted stores that have not unified their names from gradually being unified into the "RT-Mart" trademark.

RT-MART (English: RT-MART) is a large chain of mass-market stores in Taiwan. It was founded in 1996 by Yin Yanliang, President of RT-MART Group. RT-Mart established Shanghai RT-Mart Co., Ltd. in 1997 and began to open up the mainland market. RT-Mart initially imitated Makro in mainland China and operated in a warehousing model.
