① The naming format of flagship store is: brand name+category (optional)+flagship store.
② Store name format: brand name+trade name+store.
③ Franchise name format: trade name+category+franchise store.
Remarks: 1. When selecting a category, when "None" is selected, the category name will not be displayed in the store name. When selecting Other, you can fill in the category by yourself; 2. Trade name refers to the key words used to distinguish different enterprises, such as: Shanghai Kuaile Trading Co., Ltd., and the merchant is: Joy.
F business license registration number, organization code, taxpayer identification code and unified social credit code must be consistent with the relevant documents uploaded by you, otherwise they will not be accepted (please pay attention to "0", "o", "1" and "i" when filling in the unified social credit code or business license registration number. It is suggested that you inquire according to the filled number through the national enterprise credit information publicity platform before submitting. For enterprises with three certificates in one, please select "Yes" in the item "Whether the three certificates are in one" and fill in the unified social credit code. For enterprises that have not integrated the three certificates, please select "No" in the item "Whether the three certificates are integrated" and fill in the business license registration number at the unified social credit code. Please fill in according to the type of your business license. When filling in the code, you can refer to the instructions given in the example.
G. If a merchant chooses a "flagship store", "exclusive store" or "franchise store" when moving in, it must upload a trademark registration certificate or brand authorization certificate; When uploading documents such as trademark registration certificate and power of attorney, you need to pay attention to: 1. For the trademark registration number, you only need to fill in the number "XXXX" on the uploaded trademark registration certificate instead of Chinese characters; 2. Flagship stores must upload exclusive authorization. See Chapter 6 of this document for the exclusive license template. 3. If a brand is multi-authorized, it is suggested that all the authorizations of the brand be combined in the same PDF file and uploaded to the brand authorization certificate office.
