Fourth, the requirements for submitting works.

(1) General requirements

1. conforms to the relevant provisions of the national trademark law and is innovative, unique and extensible.

2. It conforms to the concept and engineering characteristics of Mars exploration in China, and is clear and fluent, concise and generous, with appropriate meaning.

3. It conforms to the cultural spirit and social moral customs of the Chinese nation, and embodies the organic integration of technology and culture.

(2) Project name

1. The submitted name is concise, easy to remember and spread, and there are no uncommon words, homophones and ambiguous words.

2. Submit a name without a modern name, city name or enterprise name, and do not submit a name with the same name that has been collected.

3. The names of submissions are exactly the same, and the earliest submitter will be selected in the order of submission time.

4. No more than 3 names shall be submitted, and a creative description or background description of no more than 200 words shall be included.

(3) Pattern recognition

1. The graphic logo design shall include two design standard drawings, namely, a color draft and a black-and-white draft, which are drawn on A4-sized paper respectively. The upload format is JPG electronic file, with the picture resolution of 300dpi, A4 format and white background.

2.logo design size: 120mmX 120mm, and the colors of each part are indicated in the electronic document. The final winning work shall provide the organizer with the vector drawing file of the winning work.

The solicitation activities are organized and implemented in five stages:

The first stage: from August 23rd to June165438+1October 10, submit the works for review.

The name and graphic logo design works of the Mars exploration project submitted by the candidate. After the collection is completed, the collection office will screen all the works with names and graphic logos through the judges' letters, and each judge will recommend 50 alternative works with names and graphic logos.

1. On the basis of the letter review, a preliminary evaluation meeting will be held, and on-site voting will be conducted to determine the names and graphic identification works of 50 finalists in the preliminary evaluation according to the number of votes.

2. The jury will organize a centralized review of the shortlisted names and works, and the judges will select the top eight from them and give their review opinions.

3. Organize the second voting to determine the top eight selected works with names and graphic logos.

The top eight works with the selected project name and graphic logo will be published in official website through the solicitation activity, and will be subject to public comments and voting by Xinhuanet and Tencent through special pages.

The fourth stage: the final evaluation and weighting determine the top three.

The jury voted for the third time and selected the top three works with names and graphic logos. Finally, the online voting and expert voting of the jury were weighted according to 1: 1, and the top three were determined.

The fifth stage: the procedure is submitted for approval and the results are announced.

The top three works with names and graphic logos will be submitted for approval according to procedures, and the selection scheme of 1 China Mars exploration project will be finalized. A release ceremony will be held in due course to announce the results, and awards will be given to the authors who entered the top eight graphic logos.

Seven. Rules for participating in activities

(1) The candidate agrees not to publicly use the work with the submitted name or graphic logo for other commercial activities other than this activity during this solicitation activity.

(two) the candidate shall agree that the submitted name or graphic logo works can be uploaded to the Internet, newspapers, television, magazines and other media, and displayed in the publicity materials of the selection activities.

(3) The candidate agrees that the bid evaluation committee will modify and draw lessons from the bid name or graphic logo works to form the final bid name and graphic logo.

(4) Candidates should ensure that the submitted works are their own ideas or creations, and there is no infringement of the rights of others, otherwise all legal responsibilities and losses will be borne by themselves.

(5) Candidates should agree that after the submitted works with names or graphic logos have passed the finalist review and entered the quarter-finals, they should sign the Commitment Letter on Intellectual Property Transfer of Entries with the organizers.

Eight. Statement of related rights

Once the selected works are selected, the intellectual property rights belong to the Center for Lunar Exploration and Aerospace Engineering. For details, please refer to the intellectual property transfer commitment of the entries.
