When consumers buy products, the completeness of product information directly affects the transaction rate. If the products are sold abroad, according to the law, the manufacturer should be indicated. So filling in the manufacturer of OEM products can increase the recognition of products.

Agent processing means that the client puts forward the product design scheme and enjoys all the intellectual property rights of the product. The entrusted party simply produces and processes the product, and shall not disclose the intellectual property rights of the product to a third party or sell the remaining OEM products purchased by the entrusting party by itself.

To sum up, at least reflect the information of the foundry and write down the production license number of the foundry.

Article 27:

The logo on the product or its package must be true and meet the following requirements:

(a) product quality inspection certificate;

(2) Product name, manufacturer's name and address indicated in Chinese;

(five) products that are easily damaged or may endanger personal and property safety due to improper use shall have warning signs or Chinese warning instructions.

Naked food and other naked products that are difficult to label according to product characteristics may not be labeled.
