In 1997, it was the first in the country to propose the concept of "pipeline direct drinking water", and the Meilin Village piped direct drinking water project officially started construction.

In 1998, the Meilin Village Pipeline Direct Drinking Water Project was listed as the “Only Pilot Demonstration Project of the Pipeline Direct Drinking Water Project” by the Ministry of Construction.

In 2014, it was renamed Shenzhen Shenzhen Haina Water Group Co., Ltd. and obtained the franchise right of the sewage treatment project in Caoxian County, Heze City, Shandong Province.

In 2015, it obtained the construction enterprise qualification certificate (Municipal Public Engineering Construction General Contracting Level 2), won the title of "Guangdong Province Famous Trademark", successfully implemented the joint-stock reform, and changed its name to Shenshui Haina Water Group Co., Ltd. company.

In 2016, we obtained the franchise rights for the relevant sewage treatment plants and supporting pipe network PPP comprehensive projects in the Caoxian Economic Development Zone, Heze City, Shandong Province, and obtained the AAA credit rating certificate, AAA enterprise credit rating certificate, and Guangdong Province Environmental Pollution Management Capability Evaluation Certificate (Wastewater Class A).

In 2017, it was approved to establish the Guangdong Academician Expert Enterprise Workstation and the Shenzhen Academician (Expert) Workstation. In 2019, we obtained the franchise rights of the PPP project for the first phase of sewage treatment project in Tunliu District Coal Chemical Industrial Park, Changzhi City, Shanxi Province, and the Zhuangzhai and Qingtanji sewage treatment plants and supporting pipes in Caoxian County, Heze City, Shandong Province. In 2022, we successfully won the bid for the "Mars Chocolate Factory Sewage Treatment Station Improvement and Upgrading Project" of the foreign-funded enterprise Mars Group, won the second phase construction project of Wulichong Sewage Treatment Plant in Nanming District, Guiyang City, and renewed the contract with Miyun Gubei, Beijing The entrusted operation contract for the water supply plant project of Shuizhen (Simatai Great Wall) International Tourism Resort.
