After review, the Trademark Office believes that the Zhanhua County Fishery Association has the ability to supervise the specific quality of goods using the "Zhanhua Shopee" geographical indication. The "Zhanhua Shopee" trademark complies with the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China and the Collective Trademark "Registration and Management Measures for Certification Marks" has preliminarily approved the relevant requirements for geographical indication certification marks.
