Two. Prepare application documents (within 3 days)
(1) natural person application: a copy of the ID card and business license submitted by individual industrial and commercial households, individual partnerships and other business entities.
2) Enterprise application: a copy of the business license of the enterprise and a copy of the business license signed by the issuing authority, and a complete trademark registration application with the official seal of the unit and personal signature.
(3) 10 trademark pattern (for color trademarks with specified colors, 10 color pattern and 1 black and white ink draft shall be submitted).
3. Submit the application (within 2 days): When the documents are ready, you must apply to the Trademark Office for trademark registration.
4. Formal examination (3-4 months): Formal examination refers to the erroneous examination of written documents, application forms, power of attorney and other formal requirements of trademark registration applications.
Verb (abbreviation of verb) substantive examination (about 12 months): substantive examination refers to a series of activities such as inspection, data retrieval, analysis and comparison, investigation and research conducted by the trademark registration authority on whether the application for trademark registration conforms to the provisions of the Trademark Law, and decides to give a preliminary examination or reject the application.
6. Announcement of preliminary examination. The examination and approval of a trademark (about 3 months) means that if the application for trademark registration does not violate the relevant provisions of the Trademark Law and meets the requirements after examination, its trademark registration will be allowed and announced in the trademark announcement. If no objection is raised within three months from the date of the announcement of preliminary examination and approval, the trademark shall be registered and a registration announcement shall be issued at the same time.
Seven. Obtain the trademark registration certificate: the trademark registration certificate will be sent by the agent to the trademark registrant through the agent. Where a trademark is directly registered, the trademark registrant shall obtain it from the Trademark Office within three months after receiving the Notice of Obtaining a Trademark Registration Certificate.
