Conditions for applying for green food certification products

Any domestic enterprise with green food production conditions can apply for green food certification according to this procedure. Separate regulations apply to overseas enterprises. Applicants must be corporate legal persons. Social groups, civil organizations, government and administrative agencies, etc. are not allowed to be applicants for green food. At the same time, applicants are also required to meet the following conditions:

(1) Be able to bear civil liability independently;

(2) Have the environmental conditions and production technology for green food production;

(3) Have a complete quality management and quality assurance system;

(4) Have production technicians and quality control personnel commensurate with the production scale;

( 5) Have a stable production base;

(6) Have no quality and safety accidents or bad integrity records in the three years before application.

Colorful food should meet the following requirements:

①The origin of the product or product raw materials must meet the green ecological environment quality standards;

②Crop cultivation, livestock and poultry feed, Non-production breeding and food processing must comply with the green food production operating procedures;

③The products must comply with the green food product standards;

④The packaging, storage and transportation of the products must comply with the green packaging, storage and transportation standard.

At present, the classification of green food can be divided into seven categories: agricultural products, forest products, livestock products, fishery products, processed food, feed and feed, and the products can be divided into 53 categories

Apply The procedure for using the green food label on products is:

1. The applicant fills out the "Application Form for the Use of Green Food Label" in duplicate (including attached materials) and reports it to the provincial green food management department.

2. The provincial green food management department entrusts an environmental protection monitoring agency that has passed metrological certification at or above the provincial level to conduct an environmental assessment of the product or the origin of the product's raw materials.

3. The provincial green food management department will conduct a preliminary review of the application materials and submit the materials that pass the preliminary review to the China Green Food Development Center.

4. The food monitoring agency designated by the China Green Food Development Center will sample the declared products and test them according to the green food quality and hygiene standards. If the products are unqualified, their applications will no longer be accepted that year.

5. Comprehensive review and on-site verification, sign a "Green Food Logo Use Agreement", the Ministry of Agriculture will issue a Green Food Logo use certificate and number, report it to the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce for filing, and announce it to the public at the same time .

For products that fail the health test, applications will no longer be accepted that year.

The Green Food Mark is a quality certification trademark registered by the China Green Food Development Center. Most products in categories 29, 30, 31, 32, and 33 according to national trademark categories can apply for green food Marks, such as meat, poultry, aquatic products, milk and dairy products, edible fats and oils in Category 29, salt, soy sauce, vinegar, rice, flour and other grain products, soy products, seasoning spices, etc. in Category 30, Class 31 fresh vegetables, fruits, dried fruits, seeds, live organisms, etc. Class 32 beer, mineral water, fruit drinks and juices, solid drinks, etc. Class 33 alcoholic beverages. Some recently developed new products can apply for the green food mark as long as they are registered with the Ministry of Health with the word "food" or "health". Varieties that are both food and medicine announced by the Ministry of Health, such as perilla, chrysanthemum, ginkgo, tangerine peel, safflower, etc., can also apply for a green food label. Medicines and cigarettes cannot apply for green food labels. In accordance with green food standards, applications for vegetables, instant noodles, ham sausages, and leafy vegetable pickles will not be accepted for the time being.

Article 4 The agricultural administrative department of the people's government at or above the county level shall regulate green food and green food in accordance with the law signs for supervision and management.

Article 5: The China Green Food Development Center is responsible for the review, certification and post-certification follow-up inspection of applications for the use of national green food labels.

The green food working agency affiliated to the agricultural administrative department of the provincial people's government (hereinafter referred to as the provincial working agency) is responsible for the acceptance, preliminary review and post-certification follow-up inspection of applications for the use of green food labels in this administrative region.

Article 9 Products applying for the use of green food labels must comply with laws and regulations such as the Food Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Agricultural Products Quality Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China. , within the scope approved by the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, and meet the following conditions:

(1) The environment where the product or product raw materials are produced meets the environmental quality standards for green food production areas;

(2) ) The use of pesticides, fertilizers, feed, veterinary drugs and other inputs conforms to the guidelines for the use of green food inputs;

(3) Product quality conforms to green food product quality standards;

Article 10 A production unit that applies to use the green food label (hereinafter referred to as the applicant) shall meet the following conditions:

(1) Be able to bear civil liability independently;

(2) Have the environmental conditions and production technology for green food production;

(3) Have a complete quality management and quality assurance system;

(4) Have the ability to be in line with production Production technicians and quality control personnel suitable for the scale;

(5) Have a stable production base;

(6) No quality and safety accidents and bad integrity records within the three years before application .

Article 11 The applicant shall apply to the provincial-level work agency and submit the following materials:

(1) Application for use of logo;

( 2) Qualification certification materials;

(3) Product production technical regulations and quality control specifications;

(4) Prepackaged product packaging labels or design samples;
