Scope of acceptance

Enterprises that have obtained the Health Food Approval Certificate of the Ministry of Health to produce health foods locally.

acceptance conditions

1. The product obtained the Health Food Approval Certificate of the Ministry of Health.

2. The production and processing enterprises meet the requirements of Good Manufacturing Practices for Health Food (GB 1745－1998).

3. The application materials submitted are complete, legal and effective.

Application materials (in triplicate):

1. Application form for health food hygiene license;

2. Health Food Approval Certificate issued by the Ministry of Health;

3, product quality standards (enterprise standards);

4. Hygienic standards of production enterprises and their formulation instructions;

5. Product formula and basis;

6. production process and diagram;

7. The entrusted processing shall submit the valid contract for entrusted processing signed by the holder of the Health Food Approval Certificate and the entrusted processing enterprise;

8. Introduction of production conditions, production technicians and quality assurance system;

9. Sample draft of product design, packaging and product description;

1. Hygienic monitoring data of products.

11. Other information, business license, local hygiene license, trademark registration certificate, etc.
