On June 9, 1999, Shenzhen Waterproof Material Factory was established. In October of the same year, it undertook a large waterproof project - Huawei's Bantian Base, with a total project volume of 70 million yuan, becoming the largest single waterproof project in China at that time.

In May 2001, Shenzhen Zhuobao Technology Co., Ltd. was established and successfully developed the "Tie Bing" self-adhesive waterproofing membrane and "Shuipiyou" waterproof coating. In September of the same year, it was rated as " "Top 100 Shenzhen Technology Enterprises".

In December 2004, Beijing Zhuobao Technology Co., Ltd. was listed as a private technology enterprise in Tongzhou District, Beijing. In the same month, it was awarded the "2004 National Waterproof Industry Quality Award" by the China Building Waterproof Materials Industry Association.

In May 2005, Beijing Zhuobao Technology Co., Ltd. was listed as a high-tech enterprise in Beijing. In the same month, Zhuobao's self-adhesive rubber asphalt waterproofing membrane was rated as a quality and honest building materials product in Beijing.

In August 2005, Shenzhen Zhuobao Technology Co., Ltd. became a governing unit of the Professional Committee of Waterproof Materials and Engineering of Hubei University of Technology and an internship base for the waterproof materials and engineering profession. In September 2005, Shenzhen Zhuobao Waterproof Engineering Co., Ltd. was renamed "Shenzhen Zhuobao Construction Engineering Co., Ltd."

In April 2007, Zhuobao Technology invested in building a Wuhan production base in Yangluo Development Zone, Wuhan, Hubei.

On September 27, 2007, Wuhan Zhuobao Technology Co., Ltd. was registered and established.

In November 2007, Suzhou Zhuobao Technology Co., Ltd. was established to further develop the East China regional market.

In September 2008, Suzhou Zhuobao Factory was officially put into operation.
