2. Use shall meet the following requirements

2.1 Before using this equipment, professionals must be arranged for strict training, so that they can master the necessary theoretical knowledge, learn to operate, find and put an end to potential safety hazards in time, and ensure that the equipment operates in a safe state.

2.2 The V-belt of the motor shall be adjusted by special personnel.

2.3 when starting the machine, an electrician with rich experience should check all electrical components and circuits in the electric control cabinet. Because after transportation or long-term operation, it is likely to cause some electrical components and terminals to loosen, so before the equipment is officially put into use or after a period of operation, the whole electrical control part must be inspected and the loose parts must be tightened.

2.4 before the equipment is officially started, the electrical control part should be started without load, and whether the relays operate normally or not should be tested. After the no-load operation is normal, the equipment can be debugged with load, and the working data of voltmeter and ammeter can be observed to be normal before the equipment can be officially started.

2.5 the pump motor D1 adopts the Y-△ step-down starting mode (refer to the "Electrical Schematic Diagram" in the equipment manual). Y-△ conversion is controlled by time relay, about 7-8 seconds. QA1 is the start button and TA1 is the stop button. 4 Vibration motors D2 and D3 adopt direct start mode, which requires the two motors to rotate in opposite directions, and adopt energy consumption braking mode when stopping. QA2 is the start button and TA2 is the stop button. It should be noted that when operating the stop button TA2, the button must be pressed to the bottom, and the energy consumption brake can work.

2.6 the power supply is 38V/5HZ. When connecting the power cord, attention should be paid to inching the slurry pump to ensure that the impeller rotates forward as required. (In order to ensure that the impeller of the slurry pump rotates forward as required, a phase sequence and open-phase protector is installed in the electric control cabinet when leaving the factory. When its indicator light is red, it indicates that its incoming line is reversed and must be replaced. At this time, its indicator light is green. When the vibration motor or slurry pump motor is disconnected for maintenance, it must be marked to ensure that it is connected in the original phase sequence after disassembly. )

2.7 when the circuit fails, non-working personnel shall not open the electric control cabinet for inspection without authorization.

2.8 the electrical components in the electric control cabinet should not be violently shaken during operation, otherwise, check whether the connectors are fastened, whether the equipment installation foundation is flat, and whether the vibrating screen and pump work normally.

2.9 in the case of rain and snow weather or mud splashing, attention should be paid to the shielding of the electric control cabinet and motor.

2.1 during the construction in the northern cold region in winter, after stopping the pump, attention should be paid to disassembling the plug of the variable diameter connecting pipe and emptying the slurry in the pump cavity to avoid freezing and cracking the pump body.

2.11 check the slurry storage tank, and do not allow any foreign matter with a particle size of more than 5mm to avoid blockage of the pump and cyclone.

2.12 when opening the vibrating screen, pay attention to the working noise, which should not exceed 8 decibels, and there should be no abnormal "clicking" sound.

2.13 the initial operation period is when the vibration motor runs for less than 1 hours. During the initial operation period, each shift should check the fastening degree of its connecting bolts once.

2.14 When the equipment is running, do not touch the V-belt, vibration motor and spring to avoid injury.

2.15 because the pumped liquid can play a cooling role, the slurry pump cannot idle, otherwise the packing will be burned. When the liquid level of the slurry storage tank is lower than the slurry suction nozzle, the pump should be stopped immediately to prevent the slurry pump from idling.

3. Start:

3.1 Turn on the air switch and turn on the main power supply.
