(1) Enterprises should carry out classified management of trademarks, implement trademark management monitoring by modern means, and promptly prompt the trademark license period, trademark registration renewal, continuous unused, etc., so as to prevent the loss of the exclusive right to use trademarks due to the non-renewal of trademark registration and the non-use for three consecutive years, and the infringement of trademark use due to exceeding the license period. (2) Where an enterprise changes the name, address or other registered items of a registrant, it shall submit an application for change to the Trademark Office in time. Where the name or address of a trademark registrant is changed, all its registered trademarks shall be changed together. (3) Where an enterprise applies for cancellation of its registered trademark or cancellation of its trademark registration on some designated commodities, it shall submit an application for cancellation of the trademark to the Trademark Office and return the original Trademark Registration Certificate; If the original Trademark Registration Certificate is not returned, the reasons shall be indicated in the application. (4) The enterprise may dispose of the trademark right by licensing, transferring, pledging, and contributing shares, etc. (5) An enterprise that licenses others (including companies with legal person status or affiliated enterprises) to use a registered trademark must sign a trademark license contract, which must be reviewed by the person in charge of the enterprise trademark management agency and reported to the principal person in charge of the enterprise for approval. (6) When an enterprise transfers a registered trademark due to business needs, it shall transfer the same or similar trademarks registered on the same or similar goods. (7) Enterprises investing with trademark rights shall conduct trademark evaluation, and make clear in the relevant investment documents the way of trademark investment, the amount of trademark price, the variety, quantity, time limit and area of goods using the trademark, the distribution of trademark income, the ownership of the trademark after the termination of the enterprise, etc. (eight) to strengthen the management of trademark assets. Explore the establishment of a scientific accounting system to truly reflect the trademark value of enterprises and improve the input-output benefits of trademark assets. Regularly entrust authoritative organizations to evaluate the value of trademarks, timely and accurately confirm and measure trademark assets, provide a basis for enterprise restructuring, foreign joint ventures and cooperation, and prevent the loss of intangible assets. (nine) enterprises should choose qualified, reputable and relatively fixed printing units to print registered trademarks. Enterprises should sign a standardized trademark printing contract with the printing unit when entrusting the printing of trademark marks, indicating the name of the trademark printing client and the trademark printing unit, the trademark name, the trademark registration certificate number, the printing quantity and the printed sample. The storage or destruction methods of printing plates and dies shall be specified. All defective and waste trademarks in printing shall be destroyed to prevent the loss from being illegally used by others. Enterprises in product labels, packaging bags (boxes, boxes), posters and other items that need to be marked with registered trademarks, when designing or modifying the version, the part involving the use of trademarks should be reviewed by the person in charge of the trademark management department of the enterprise and reported to the person in charge of the enterprise for review before printing. (1) Enterprises should strengthen the management of trademark identification, establish a system of trademark identification registration and requisition, specify two or more trademark identification custodians, be responsible for counting the number of trademark identification, record the date of entry and exit of trademark identification, and establish a complete trademark identification entry and exit registration ledger. The waste trademarks used by enterprises in the process of use shall be collected by designated personnel, registered in the book according to the actual quantity, and destroyed centrally. The person in charge of the enterprise and the person in charge of the trademark management institution shall regularly check the use of trademark marks. (eleven) enterprises should establish and improve the trademark files, and keep them for a long time. Trademark management personnel should hand over trademark files in time when they change. Trademark files include registered trademarks, trademark use, trademark management and trademark protection and other related materials. 1. Registered trademark files: including the trademark registration certificate, as well as the design, registration application, acceptance, approval, rejection review, objection defense, objection review and defense, dispute defense, transfer, renewal and change of the trademark; 2. Trademark use files: including the time of trademark use, product publicity and sales photos using the trademark, trademark licensing and trademark printing; 3. Trademark management files: including trademark pledge, evaluation and other materials; 4. Trademark protection files: including trademark objections, disputes, industrial and commercial complaints, court prosecutions and other legal documents and judgment documents, announcement monitoring, infringement monitoring and other materials. (12) If the Trademark Registration Certificate of an enterprise is lost or damaged, it shall apply to the Trademark Office for a replacement. If the Trademark Registration Certificate is lost, a statement of loss shall be published in the Trademark Announcement. The damaged Trademark Registration Certificate shall be returned to the Trademark Office when the application for replacement is submitted. Enterprises shall not forge or alter the Trademark Registration Certificate, otherwise they will be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law. (13) Enterprises should pay attention to collecting and retaining the market share of the goods using the trademark, the sales area, the continuous use time before and after the trademark is approved and registered, the way and degree of publicity or promotion activities, the invested funds and geographical scope, the value of the trademark, the market reputation it enjoys, the awareness of the relevant public and the record of infringement of the trademark, so as to provide a basis for enterprises to claim prior rights, fight counterfeiting and protect rights and apply for the identification of famous trademarks and well-known trademarks.
