According to Article 17 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Trademark Law, if a trademark registrant changes its name, address, agent or addressee, or deletes the designated goods, it shall go through the corresponding change procedures with the Trademark Office.
Where an applicant has filed an application for registration but has not been approved for registration, and its name, address or other registered items have changed, it may apply to the Trademark Office for corresponding change procedures.
Second, the handling method:
There are two ways to delete goods/services:
(1) Entrusting a trademark agency registered in the Trademark Office.
(2) The applicant shall go directly to the registration hall of the Trademark Office.
