Anhua Dark Tea

Anhua Dark Tea was first recorded in the Tang Dynasty and flourished in the Song, Ming and Qing Dynasties. It has a history of more than a thousand years. In 2008, Anhua Qianliang Tea and Fuzhuan Tea production techniques were included in the second batch of national intangible cultural heritage protection lists. In 2012, Anhua County had a tea garden area of ??200,000 acres, 91 tea processing companies, a tea processing volume of 38,000 tons, and a comprehensive output value of 5 billion yuan. Anhua County has three famous Chinese trademarks including "Anhua Dark Tea, Baishaxi, and Yiqingyuan" and five famous trademarks in Hunan Province including "Hualaijian, Guojin, Jiuyang, and Axiang".

Anhua Leicha

Anhua Leicha originated in the Han Dynasty and flourished in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The local Leicha has been spread in Anhua area north of central Hunan. Leicha generally uses rice, peanuts, sesame, mung beans, salt, tea, litsea cubeba, ginger, etc. as raw materials. It is pounded into a paste in a Leibo bowl, mixed with boiling water, and added with fried rice. It is fragrant and delicious.

Anhua Stone

The rock formation depth, scale and quality of Anhua Moraine are “the best in the world”. Splash stone is produced in the approximately 4-kilometer-long river section downstream of Zijiang River in Anhua County. The background color of splash stone is yellow or gray, and the pattern colors include yellow, gray, black, white, etc. There are three main types of patterns: flat pattern, yang carving pattern, and inverted carving pattern; produced from Anhua County to Jiangnan Town The Anhua Zijiang colored wax stone in this area is hard, delicate and smooth, with a high degree of jade and bright colors. There are also rare stone types in Anhua such as frozen stones, meteorites, field yellow stones, goose tube stalactites, water plants, flower stones, shell fossils, coral fossils and so on.
