The trademark licensing filing process is as follows:

3. Issue the "Notice of Acceptance" from the Trademark Office in about one month;

The trademark license filing application materials are as follows:
1. If a registered trademark is licensed to one licensee, an application for trademark licensing contract filing should be submitted;
2. If the applicant is a natural person, he or she should submit a copy of a valid document that can prove his or her identity (such as an ID card, etc.). If the applicant is a legal person or other organization, he or she should submit a copy of the business license stamped with the applicant's official seal;
3. A copy of the trademark license contract, or a notarized copy of the trademark license contract;

Within three months from the date of signing of the trademark licensing contract, the licensor shall submit a copy of the licensing contract to Submit it to the Trademark Office for filing.

A trademark license contract shall at least include the following contents:
(1) The trademark licensed for use and its registration number;
(2) Scope of licensed goods;
(3) License period;
(4) Method of providing identification of licensed trademarks;
(5) Terms for the licensor to supervise the quality of the goods on which the licensee uses its registered trademark;
(6) Marking the licensee’s name and goods on the goods using the licensor’s registered trademark Origin terms.
