The appeal time is within 3 working days. There are a total of 2 appeal opportunities, one before and one after the penalty. You need to Complete the appeal within this time. If the timeout expires, the appeal entrance will be closed. If you do not appeal before the punishment, it means that you only have one chance to appeal after the punishment. Please be careful, sellers and friends.

4. Complaint processing time

After making a complaint in "Report Management" - "Intellectual Property Infringement Received" complaint, first the complaining party (generally the rights holder) Respond to the appeal within 3 working days, otherwise the Taobao assistant will not intervene in the review. If the complaining party chooses to withdraw the complaint within 3 working days or fails to apply for intervention within 3 working days, the system will default to the complaining party withdrawing the complaint and the product will be automatically restored. If the complaining party applies for Taobao's intervention, the waiter will review the appeal voucher as soon as possible within 3-5 working days. Whether it is valid or not, the review progress during the appeal period will not be pushed. The staff will review it as soon as possible. Please be patient and pay attention to the waiter's feedback.

Note: If the complaining party times out and fails to respond to the second appeal, it will directly enter the Taobao review stage.

3. Punishment results

If the seller’s friend really violates the rules and is punished, the punishment will be general violations: that is, trademark infringement except counterfeiting, copyright infringement except piracy, As well as patent infringement, which is an improper use of the rights of others, 2 points will be deducted for each subsequent penalty (general violation). At the same time, the same type of infringement complaint (including but not limited to: patent rights, copyrights, trademark rights) made by the same right holder against the same seller within three days will be regarded as one complaint. So you don’t have to worry about being deducted too many points just because of a single complaint from a right holder.

In fact, it is not difficult to avoid these problems. As long as you describe the goods truthfully according to the brand information of the goods you sell, do not use famous brands or abuse other people’s trademark keywords, describe them normally, and do not publish inappropriate comments such as disparaging peers. With fair competition information, you can easily avoid such infringement problems.
