IC cards can be refunded according to passengers’ requirements. When refunding the card, you need to bring the valid certificate used when purchasing (receiving) the card, the "IC Card Application Registration Form" and the fee receipt. IC card online recharge is available at card sales points (Commercial Bank Linjiangmen Branch and Lianglukou Branch). After checking that the IC card is in good condition, the card will be returned. A card depreciation fee of RMB 5 will be charged when the card is returned.

1. When returning an ordinary card, the compensation will be deducted at the rate of 1 yuan per month, and the remaining compensation and the balance in the card will be fully refunded.

When returning the discount (monthly pass) card, the recharge balance of the unused months (used in the month, the corresponding amount for the remaining times will not be refunded) and the 25 yuan deposit will be refunded. If the electronic wallet function is activated, it will be processed as an ordinary card.

3. When returning the free card, the 25 yuan deposit or 25 yuan compensation minus the balance and the balance in the electronic wallet will be refunded.

4. The anti-counterfeiting trademarks on adult and student discount (monthly pass) cards and free cards are not allowed to be damaged, and the photos are not allowed to be replaced, otherwise the card refund procedure cannot be processed.
