How long does it usually take to know the result of trademark objection?
if a trademark objector or an objector refuses to accept the ruling of the Trademark Office, he may apply to the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board for reexamination within 15 days from the date of receiving the Notice of Adjudication of Trademark Objection, and the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board will make a final ruling. The applicant for trademark objection review can only be the party to the original objection case

The time of objection review is not clearly defined. According to the difficulty of the case, trademark objection is generally completed in about 2 years, and objection review is almost 2-3 years. If the review is unsuccessful, it can be completed in about 1 months according to the difficulty of the case, and the easy case is generally completed in about 1.5 years, but generally the longest time is not more than 5 years.

after making an objection ruling, the Trademark Office shall send the objection ruling to the objector and the objector. There are two kinds of results in the objection ruling:

1. The objection reason cannot be established, and then it is registered with the preliminarily approved trademark;

2. If the objection is justified and the objection is established, the trademark originally preliminarily approved shall not be registered.
