2. Qualification requirements for Toutiao advertising account opening

1. Advertiser qualifications vary according to the nature of the advertiser. Advertisers need to provide the following qualification documents for review:

(1) The scanned copy of the original business license of the enterprise unit shall be available for inquiry in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System.

(2) Scanned copies of the legal person certificate and organization code certificate of public institutions, scanned copies of the legal person registration certificate and organization code certificate of social groups, and the organization code certificate should be available for inquiry at the National Organization Code Management Center .

(3) A scanned copy of the original business license of the individual industrial and commercial business and a copy of the operator’s ID card (the copy must be stamped with the official seal of the individual industrial and commercial household or signed by the operator

(5) Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan customers and foreign customers: legal and valid local business registration certificate

3. Restrictions on the content of Toutiao advertising account opening

The entrance image, text and first-level page of the advertisement link shall not contain the following content:

(1) Content that violates the "Advertising Content Guidelines" in Chapter 2 of the Advertising Law;

(2) Advertisements on social software shall not contain any slogans with sexual implications or other vulgar meanings. Live video broadcasts or recorded broadcasts of real people shall not be used as promotional points. The entrance pictures shall not contain pictures of real people. Images of revealingly dressed real people are not allowed on grade-level pages.

(3) Advertisements must not directly link to social software such as WeChat as a medium to promote and sell their goods or services. If a WeChat account appears in the ad text, it cannot. The description of the obvious sales tendency is associated with the WeChat account.

(4) If the advertisement contains corporate investment content, the specific goods or services for sale must be stated, and no specific goods or services should be included. The promotion content is purely for corporate investment. However, with special application, large brands with good reputation are allowed to place advertisements purely for investment promotion during the promotion period.

(5) No part of the advertisement shall appear. Competitive products of "Today's Toutiao" (including but not limited to "Tencent News", "Yidian News", etc.).

(6) You cannot directly or indirectly use "Today's Toutiao" or "Today's Toutiao" in any form without permission. The trademarks and trade names of its affiliated units, or the names of "Toutiao" and its affiliated units' staff, may be used as a means of advertising.

(7) Advertising content shall not involve negative information about third parties and shall not be used. Attack, belittle, slander and malicious comparison.

(8) Recommendations without a subject cannot appear in the advertising text, that is, if the recommendation language is involved, the subject of the recommendation should be clearly stated (specifically the name of the organization or the name of the individual).

(9) Unfounded and unrealistic exaggerations shall not appear in advertising text and pictures.

(10) Real-life pictures cannot be used in the entrance pictures of underwear advertisements.

(11) Disguised registration guidance is not allowed on the financial advertising landing page.

4. Review of Toutiao advertising account opening links

1. Review of link addresses If advertisements contain link addresses of other websites or web pages, they should meet the following requirements
