A trademark acceptance notice is issued to every trademark applicant. This has nothing to do with the success rate of trademark registration.

Getting the trademark registration application acceptance notice only indicates that the trademark information and applicant information you applied for are correct and legal in form and content. The Trademark Office is accepting the registration application. It does not mean that the trademark has been accepted. It will definitely pass.

The acceptance notice is a reply given by the Trademark Office to the party after receiving the application documents, informing the applicant that the trademark he applied for registration has been accepted, and informs him of the application date. It does not indicate that the trademark he applied for has been accepted. Has been approved for registration by the Trademark Office.

Trademark registration process:

1. Trademark inquiry (within 2 days);

2. Application document preparation (within 3 days);

4. Pay the trademark registration fee;

5. Trademark form review (1 month);

6. Issuance of trademark acceptance notice;

7. Trademark substantive examination (12 months);

Article 21 of the "Regulations on the Implementation of the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China" The Trademark Office shall examine the trademark registration applications accepted in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Trademark Law and these Regulations, and shall review the applications that comply with the provisions or If the registration application for the use of a trademark on some designated goods complies with the regulations, it will be preliminarily reviewed and announced; if the registration application does not meet the regulations or the registration application for the use of the trademark on some designated goods does not meet the regulations, it will be rejected or the application for use on some designated goods will be rejected. When applying for registration of a trademark, notify the applicant in writing and explain the reasons.

Article 22: If the Trademark Office rejects a trademark registration application for some designated goods, the applicant may divide the preliminary application in the application into another application. The application retains the filing date of the original application.

If division is required, the applicant shall submit a division application to the Trademark Office within fifteen days from the date of receipt of the Trademark Office's "Notice of Partial Rejection of Trademark Registration Application".

After receiving the division application, the Trademark Office shall divide the original application into two pieces, generate a new application number for the divided preliminary approval application, and make an announcement.
