Annoying issues with USB shield

I have also been confused by this question. Generally speaking, it is not a system problem as the ICBC staff said. The system generally needs to load sp2, explorer 6.0 or above. The fundamental reason is: ICBC's U-shield driver is not installed. You can verify it by right-clicking "My Computer", "Properties", "Hardware", "Device Manager". A yellow exclamation mark will appear in the U-Shield hardware item, indicating that the driver is abnormal. There may also be an abnormality in the "smartcard reader". If so, it means that the driver is not installed.

Why can’t it be installed? Take the ICBC G+D U-Shield as an example. After downloading a U-Shield driver from the Internet and installing it, it will install the certificate tool software and decompress the driver to the folder c:\windows\temp\starkey100_icbc. , when the USB shield is plugged in, the driver will be automatically searched and installed, but the system will not search for the temporary folder temp, so it cannot be installed.

Method: In the Device Manager mentioned above, right-click the device row with the yellow exclamation mark, click Update Driver, and then manually point to the c:\windows\temp\starkey100_icbc folder. The above problems will be solved. OK.

This is my personal experience. ICBC’s software is mentally retarded. This problem didn't exist before, so I don't understand why it occurs now, but what I said is indeed true.
