See if the other party has used it. If it has not been used, it does not constitute infringement. Then you can only object to the other party's trademark or invalidate it. If an objection is raised within the three-month announcement period, the trademark may be declared invalid within five years after successful registration. You also need to provide relevant evidence, such as your use evidence, whether the other party belongs to a competitive industry, whether the other company knows the existence of your company's trademark, whether it has business dealings, whether it has registered other trademarks and other relevant evidence.
