Conditions of use:
According to article 1 of the Swiss Regulations on the Use of Swiss Marks for Watches, only the following three conditions are met can the expressions "Made in Switzerland", "Switzerland" or other expressions containing the word "Switzerland" be used in appearance, namely: the movement is made in Switzerland; The assembly is completed in Switzerland; The final inspection of the manufacturer is completed in Switzerland.
Swiss movement:
According to Article 2 of the Regulations on the Use of the Watch' Switzerland' Logo, the definition of Swiss movement is: the movement is assembled in Switzerland; The final inspection of the movement was completed in Switzerland; In addition to the assembly price, the original Swiss price in the movement accounts for at least 50% of the total original price.
If the movement is made in Switzerland and the watch is not assembled in Switzerland, the "Switzerland" logo can only appear on one element of the movement. Only the word "Swiss sports" is allowed on the appearance of the watch. Article 3 of the Regulations on the Use of the "Switzerland" logo in the Table stipulates that the word "sports" must be spelled completely without abbreviations, and must use the same font, size and color as the previous word "Switzerland".
