An IDC license and an ICP license are required. The enterprise is engaged in: basic business - host hosting, virtual host, host rental, computer room rental, bandwidth rental, IT outsourcing, etc.; value-added business - various network security services , network optimization, content distribution (CDN), data storage, maintenance and hosting and other services require an IDC license.

To apply for an IDC license, you need to meet the following conditions:

1. The operator is a legally established company/enterprise

2. Provide social security certificates for 3 employees of the company

3. The registered capital of the ground network is more than 1 million, and the registered capital of the whole network is more than 10 million.

4. The company is a fully domestic-owned enterprise

5. In necessary places , facilities and technical solutions

6. Have 4 systems required by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology

The materials required to apply for an IDC license are:

1. Business license Copies

2. ID cards of legal persons and shareholders

3. Articles of Association (need to be the latest, stamped by the Industrial and Commercial Bureau for file inquiry)

4. 3 persons Social security certificate for the last one month

5. ID card of company personnel, and mobile phone and email address of the employee

6. Company landline, legal person’s mobile phone and email address

7. Provide operator cooperation agreement
